The Romania-Ukraine-Moldova cyber alliance is becoming operational. Integration is the harder test

Romania wants to increase activity under its cyber alliance with Ukraine and Moldova. The three countries are already training together and exchanging experience. The more difficult part is turning that cooperation into faster warning, permanent channels and common procedures before the next serious incident happens.

Why a narrow Black Sea deal may be easier than a broader peace agreement

Türkiye's proposal for a moratorium on attacks in the Black Sea does not bring Russia and Ukraine any closer to settling the war. But that may be precisely why a narrower agreement on civilian navigation still has a chance. Maria Daria Bobirc argues that limited deals can work when they isolate practical interests from political questions neither side is prepared to compromise on.
